Betty is a spitfire on a mission. With more than a decade of experience in marketing, corporate branding, and multinational and multilingual programming, Betty Gower is a force to be reckoned with. She has led award-winning initiatives and campaigns across the Americas working for the likes of Telemundo, SiTV, Univision, and Universal Studios, where she developed the now familiar ‘new’ Universal logo, and also trained worldwide division leaders on identity standards. She has a special knack for developing partner promotions and innovative buzz-worthy stunts & events.
Betty is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian. She received her BA from UCLA and was also a recipient of a Harvard Business School fellowship. She has completed four marathons, and still aspires to be faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
Ginger is an unstoppable combination of analytics and creativity. After 15+ years in the media industry in roles ranging from receptionist to researcher . . . marketing executive to executive producer, Ginger has done it all. She is a three-time Emmy Award winner for marketing campaigns she engineered at NBC & Telemundo, has won more Promax Muse awards than she can count on two hands, and even launched a daily UGC (user generated content) show that went head-to-head against Oprah in Los Angeles. Ginger’s knack is in all things digital.
Ginger is a self-described closet-nerd, early adopter and amateur hacker. She received her BA in Humanities from the University of Notre Dame, did post-graduate studies in Critical Theory at NYU, and received her MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
